Myong, grew up in Korea and came to the U.S. at age 16. Cooking in Korea is a family affair done around a central fire inside the home that also doubles as heating during cold winters. She has a background in both Pan-Asian and Traditional European Cooking; of course, her roots are deeply set in Korean cuisine She has studied under Chef, Don Luginbuhl, a Culinary Institute of America Graduate. EVERY recipe is our own! All our recipes are created from scratch, and very often go through weeks (or more) of perfecting. This is why we having tastings? We use you to introduce new sauces and get your reaction to our creations. While you may have had Asian Dressing at a Japanese restaurant, you just have not experienced a 5 Star version of this until you've had Myong's Private Label Asian Citrus Dressing. The Calorie Count is very low, and creation process is very complex. It's loaded with vitamins and high in nutritional value. The recipe is distinctly Myong and we'll put hers against anyone else. With an extensive knowledge of spices and blending, culinary experimentation is the motivation of all of Myong's recipes.
